Q-SOUND by Shepeleff Stephen

While many of us are just wondering about a world in which renewable energy will govern every aspect of life, the Romanian-based Shepeleff Stephen, is working on ways to make it as fresh as possible. An engineering student at Transylvania University in Brasov, Stephen imagine a world in which solar energy will make all the green gadgets. The designer has developed a Bluetooth headphones, called the Q-SOUND, which is responsible itself by using solar energy.

Solar-powered Bluetooth stereo headphones, Q-SOUND, which is described in order to overcome the performance limitations of time and energy usage efficiency while listening to the radio or music, using the MP3 player is connected to the electronic audio devices. Q-SOUND is the kind of on-ear, headband design by amorphous silicon flexible solar cell is inserted.

All the outside of the headphones have a satin silver finish, because they are developed from flexible plastic and all the inner parts offering more color because they are made of rubber-based materials. This contrast is made purposely designed to provide a visual accent on solar cells and to confer the light look on the design.

Q-SOUND headphones are designed for easy use by people with different shape and size of the head. Appropriate adjustment is achieved with ergonomic, curved, comfortable fit that is inserted in the piece and headband with ear rotation, which gives three degrees of movement of headphones for each piece of ear headphones.

Q-SOUND is a Bluetooth headset that can be used with Bluetooth devices such as digital audio player/MP3 players. If you connect with your Bluetooth mobile phone, Q-SOUND allows you to answer the call as well. In addition to Bluetooth wireless connection, headphones can also be transferred to any DAPs featuring 3.5mm stereophonic jack plug.

Q-SOUND headphones have two removable batteries in a rechargeable NiMH with a power capacity of 800mAh and 1.2V operating voltage, and the headset is fully charged can run for 40 hours. For Q-SOUND headphones, one hour from the Sun produce more than 2.67 hours working at maximum volume selection.
